Our MNA's are expected to perform the standard duties of a Licensed Nursing Assistant and assist in passing medications to residents as delegated by an RN or LPN.

LNA TRAINEES EARN $16.50/HR WHILE IN THE PROGRAM!
Our Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) Trainees will attend LNA classes and clinical and maintain a full-time schedule by working in nursing units providing assistance within the scope of practice. LNA Trainees earn $16.50 per hour while in the program.

Minimum Qualifications
* EDUCATION: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
* EXPERIENCE: Any combination of education and experience which demonstrate possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
* CERTIFICATION: Current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the NH Board of Nursing.
* Additional Eligibility Qualifications: A drug screen, background check & proof of COVID19 Vaccination will be required of all conditional hires.
LNA (Full-Time & Part-Time)
* EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent, completion of 100 hour approved program for Nursing Assistants, and passing score on competency evaluation program approved by the NH Board of Nursing.
* EXPERIENCE: No prior experience required.
* LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Registered with N.H. Board of Nursing.
* Additional Eligibility Qualifications: A drug screen, background check & proof of COVID19 Vaccination will be required of all conditional hires.
LPN (Full-Time)
* EDUCATION: Completion of a four-year high school course or equivalent, and graduation from a basic educational program in practical (vocational) nursing with diploma.
* EXPERIENCE: One year of experience as a staff nurse preferred.
* LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the NH Board of Nursing.
* Additional Eligibility Qualifications: A drug screen, background check & proof of COVID19 Vaccination will be required of all conditional hires.
MNA (Full-Time)
* EDUCATION: Completion of 180 hour competency evaluation program and passing score on competency evaluation program approved by the NH Board of Nursing. Registered with NH Board of Nursing and passing score of 90% or better of board-approved medication administration education program. Attend and receive a passing score in an 8 hour competency lab 90 days after completion of medication administration education program.
* EXPERIENCE: 2 years of full-time LNA employment within the last 5 years.
* LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current registration and license as a Licensed Nursing Assistant. Valid Certificate of Medication Administration.
* ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS: A drug screen, background check & proof of up to date COVID19 Vaccination will be required of all conditional hires.
